Advocacy and Policy
- To conduct policy dialogues, training, workshops and seminars for advocating for local, national, and international policies to be more gender inclusive.
- To engage with policymakers, stakeholders, and community leaders to promote the adoption of gender-inclusive policies in various sectors including education, healthcare, employment, and governance.
Research and Knowledge Dissemination
- To conduct and support rigorous research on gender inclusivity issues, identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities for policy intervention.
- To publish and disseminate research findings, policy briefs, and best practices on gender inclusivity to inform policymakers, educators, and the general public.
Partnership and Collaboration
- To establish and strengthen partnerships with other organizations, institutions, and networks working on gender inclusivity and related fields.
- To collaborate on joint initiatives, projects, and advocacy campaigns to amplify impact and reach.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- To develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the impact of gender-inclusive policies and the institute’ initiatives.
- To use data and feedback to continuously improve programs, strategies, and policies.
